Aim

This course offers the participants a better understanding of the nuanced concept of the mission of the Church in the light of the Vatican II and post-Vatican II documents on mission theology. It is intended to be
the comparative study of the pre-Vatican II mission theology and further developments in the field of mission. It also highlights the missionary call and dynamism of the Syro-Malabar Church especially analyzing the problems in the Indian missions consisting of the three individual Churches.
