The course aims to know about the Eastern Christianity in general and Eastern Catholic Churches in particular. The theology and liturgy of the East has its historical and theological reasons to stand. A historical study of the Eastern Churches will enable the participants understand them closely and cherish the patrimony of their Church. The Decree for the Eastern Catholic Churches Orientalium Ecclesiarum will be studied in detail.
